So today's headlines are nothing 'new' - indeed, for anyone who has been paying attention, it is widely suspected that Israel coordinates terror attacks by HIRING OUT TERRORIST BOMBINGS ALL THROUGHOUT the Arab world, Mideast, and especially today in Iran, and recently in LIBYA and BAHRAIN
(where the U.S. Likud led Neo-Cons, and the Israel war ministry, SUPPORTED the Bahrain & Saudi regimes hiring mercenaries to GUN DOWN Shiite democracy protesters in large numbers.)
For example, in one case Neo-Con / Likud "BLACK OPS" money might be paying al Qaeda linked Sunni terrorist groups to bomb Shiite civilian victims in Iraq or elsewhere, and then, days or weeks later, the same Israel based "Black Ops" terror inciters might help finance the Shiite terror groups bent on vengeance bombings and assassinations against that previous, israel TERROR BY PROXY client group.
And, of course the Israel right-wing WHIPPED UP a CLIMATE OF HATE that led to the death by shooting murder (assassination) of Prime Minister Rabin in 1995, which led to Benjamin Netanyahu becoming Prime Minister for the first time that year - literally, only over the body of his murdered rival. And there is also the case of the Israel armed forces DELIBERATE ATTACK on the U.S. Navy ship U.S.S. Liberty doing radio surveillance off the coast of Israel during the 1973 Israel-Arab war, the Israel war ministry was TRYING TO SINK the Liberty, in order to BLAME ARABS (Egypt) for the war crime, which "incident" would be used to drag the United States in to the war on the side of Israel.
Rather a strange symetry of history, the USS Liberty SURVIVED a massive attack by the Jewish military in 1973, and, nearly 30 years later, another U.S. Navy ship, the destroyer U.S.S. Cole, survived an al Qaeda bombing attack that nearly severed the ship in two in a Yemen port in October 2000.
